I understand that if my pet is over 6 months of age, Pre-Anesthetic Bloodwork ($140) will be performed before surgery. A 4DX ($92) (Lyme, Anaplasma, Ehrlichia and heartworm test) is also required and will be performed if one has not been performed within the past 12 months. *
